TWR is an independent not-for-profit online radio station created by Acid Jazz Records founder and veteran broadcaster Eddie Piller, who had long cherished the dream of launching a station that catered for listeners who felt they’d been left behind by other broadcasters.
The dream was realised in the spring of 2018 with the help of clothing giant Fred Perry and what began as a labour of love has grown into something quite wonderful, listened to in 92% of the world’s countries.
